What to do if your vehicle breaks down

Call RESCUE on 080-32-91-91-22

When you call, please provide the following information:
- your name.
- your RESCUE Membership number.
- your vehicle registration number.
- the make and model of your vehicle.
- your exact location, including the road you are on, plus the nearest road junction if possible.
- the number of the phone you are using

Remember:
- please ring us back on our helpline if you get going before the Technician arrives
- only accept help from the Technician that has been sent to assist you by RESCUE
- don't go directly to a garage (even an RESCUE appointed one). RESCUE is not obliged to reimburse you if you have had to pay for help which was not arranged by RESCUE
- recovery/ towing service can only be arranged by RESCUE

Please ensure that the valid membership card is kept with the vehicle, it should be shown to the patrol on arrival.
